Play 'em or Don't

Every week we have choices to make in fantasy sports. Some are easy, others, not so easy. Here is a place where we can decipher which players will make or break our fantasy week. Ask away and you will not regret my reasoning and advice. Do you have a tough decision? Let me make it easy on you, I'll make it.

  1. Many people have been asking me about Johnny Knox of the Bears. I'm going to say "Don't" play him this week. He has cooled off since the beginning of the season and Cutler as clearly given more opportunities to Olsen and Hester.

  2. A bunch of people seem to be picking up RB Charles from K.C. Why? I've been trying to figure that out for a couple of weeks. The Chiefs had a guy, LJ, very capable of being a good RB and even he couldn't even muster 50 yards a game. That's pitiful, and it's solely the line's fault. So what? I don't care who's fault it is, Charles, LJ, or Adrian Peterson for that matter, couldn't run with that line.

  3. I was recently asked about Romo against Green Bay or Flacco against Cleveland. First off, both are very good options. The main difference I see is what kind of games we have here. The Dallas/Green Bay game is no doubt looking to be a shootout, I do not see the same for Baltimore/Cleveland, therefore I'm sticking with Romo. 3 TD's, 287 yards and no picks this weekend for Romo.

  4. Don't kid yourselves people, Thomas Jones will not be nearly as good in the second half, as he was the first. He's old, which isn't the only reason they will struggle. He is on a football team dependant on the run. His team has a Rookie Quarterback. It's getting cold outside. Teams are starting to play championship football. Unless Sanchize can pick up his numbers, look for Jones' to fall.

  5. Post 2:22 was completely wrong. Charles completely smoked Oakland like everyone else has been doing since they beat the Eagles. Wow, score one for those of you who stuck with Charles!
